 Gestalt-therapy can be valuable support :

 

  • if you are experiencing difficulties (relational, professional) 
  • if you are going through a difficult period (illness, separation etc.)
  • if you are experiencing or have experienced violence (abuse, Mistreatment, verbal and/or physical violence etc)
  • if you have addictive behaviors (drugs, games, shopping, sex etc)
  • if you feel like you're always making the same mistakes, going around in circles in your life.

 

 

Gestalt-therapy is aimed at adults, families, couples, children and adolescents. It is practiced in individual sessions, in couples and in groupes.

Gestalt-therapy is also indicated for people who have significant psychological disorders. The therapy is then done in alliance with the treating doctor or psychiatrist.
